Who will be carrying out the work?

All work is overseen and carried out by Mike. With over 30 years of experience starting at age 15, Mike’s background spans heavy industrial engineering with RDM to comprehensive domestic property maintenance.

Is any job too small?

Not at all. LocksNLeaks provides a full handyman service. Whether you need a massive custom outhouse built, a single leaky tap fixed, or just some flat-pack furniture assembled, we are happy to help.

How do I pay for the work?

Once the job is completed to your satisfaction, you will be sent a detailed invoice. This invoice will include our bank details so you can make a quick, secure payment via bank transfer.

Do you handle boiler repairs or gas work?

No. While Mike has years of prior experience as a fully qualified, CORGI-registered gas engineer, LocksNLeaks now specializes strictly in non-gas plumbing and general property care.

What plumbing services do you cover?

We handle a wide variety of everyday plumbing issues, including tracing and fixing leaks, resolving noisy pipes, repairing W/C units, installing radiators, and fitting outdoor garden taps.

What type of electrical work do you do?

We manage everyday domestic electrical needs safely and reliably. This includes replacing damaged wiring, installing or relocating plug sockets, and fitting new electrical items or light fixtures.

Can you build custom outdoor storage?

Yes. We can provide bespoke joinery services, which include designing and building custom bin stores, sturdy outhouses, and custom shelving to fit your specific space.

Do you do internal woodwork and alterations?

Absolutely. We handle door alterations (such as trimming doors after new flooring is laid), laying laminate flooring, and installing safety rails for accessibility.

Do you replace damaged locks?

Yes. We offer comprehensive lock fitting, renewals, and repairs to ensure your home remains completely secure.

Do you offer finishing work like tiling and plastering?

Yes. To provide a complete all-in-one service, we handle wall and floor tiling, as well as plastering, ensuring a professional finish on all repair or maintenance jobs.
